$100 non-refundable consultation deposit is required at the time of booking. The $100 deposit will be credited towards your procedure cost, if you choose to do so on the same day. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hour notice you will lose $100 deposit and will require a new deposit to be paid before rescheduling your next appointment
We require a $100 deposit to schedule and secure your procedure appointment. This deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking and will be applied towards your final balance at the time of the appointment. Please note that $100 is only a deposit for the appointment and that the procedure cost varies based on the procedure type and amount of product used. The actual cost of the procedure will be discussed and due at the time of the appointment after the provider’s initial evaluation. If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 24 hour notice, please provide us with a medical letter and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.
